Das Leben ist schön! Wir genießen die Zeit - natürlich arbeiten wir auch einige Aufgaben ab (Navi-Lichter wieder in Gang bringen, Gennaker repariert zurück an Bord, Schiff säubern und polieren, etc.), aber wir gehen auch zum Strand und erkunden die Gegend.
Und jeden Abend gönnen wir uns einen Sundowner. Entweder bereiten wir uns etwas an Bord zu - meistens dann einen Rumpunch - oder manchmal gehen wir auch an die Bar und lassen es uns richtig gut gehen.
Viele unserer ARC-Mitsegler ziehen langsam weiter, wir werden uns die Tage verholen und in der Bucht vor Anker gehen. Wegen Corona werden wir erstmal kein Inselhopping machen.
Also, Prost - auf das Leben!
Life is Beautiful! We enjoy the time - of course we also work on some tasks (getting the navigation lights working again, repairing the gennaker back on board, cleaning and polishing the ship, etc.), but we also go to the beach and explore the area.
And every evening we treat ourselves to a sundowner. We either prepare something on board - usually a rum punch - or sometimes we go to the bar and have a really good time.
Many of our fellow ARC sailors are slowly moving on, we will move these days and anchor in the bay. Because of Corona we won't be doing any island hopping for the time being.
