Wir sind auf der Cannes Boat Show und haben Termine zur Besichtigung für mehrere neue Katamarane und auch einen Trimaran gemacht. Heute haben wir uns die Fontaine Pajot 51 und die Lagoon 55 angesehen. Die Fontaine hat uns interessiert, da es sich um einen Katamaran mit Elektroantrieb handelt. Die Lagoon ist sozusagen das Nach-Nach-Folge Modell unserer Lagoon 500 und es ist doch informativ zu sehen, wohin die Entwicklung geht. Das eine oder andere kann man bestimmt auch auf unserer FRIENDSHIP nachrüsten. Morgen sehen wir uns dann noch eine Leopard 52 und eine Neel 45 (Trimaran) an. Wir sind schon sehr gespannt.
Der Tag war lang und die Füße tun ein wenig weh - aber wir laufen tapfer die ca. 3,5 km bis zu unserem Apartment - kleine Pause für Pastis inklusive...!
We are at the Cannes Boat Show and have made appointments to view several new catamarans and also a trimaran. Today we looked at the Fontaine Pajot 51 and the Lagoon 55. We were interested in the Fontaine because it is an electric-powered catamaran. The Lagoon is the follow-follow-up model to our Lagoon 500, so to speak, and it is informative to see where developments are heading. One or two things can certainly be retrofitted to our FRIENDSHIP. Tomorrow we are going to have a look at a Leopard 52 and a Neel 45 (trimaran). We are already very excited.
The day was long and our feet hurt a little - but we bravely walk the approx. 3.5 km to our apartment - including a short break for pastis...!
