Included in the cruise price:
Welcome drink; Accommodation on board as booked; Bed linen + towels; Basic hygiene items such as hand soap, dish soap, toilet paper; Nautical tour guide and ship management,
Onboard service by skipper and hostess (cooking, provisioning service, etc.), daily cleaning of common areas, deposit, final cleaning, introduction to navigation and ship management upon request, and participation in maneuvers and watches after instruction. Use of accessories such as fishing rod, kayak, dinghy (only with skipper if necessary), SUP, snorkeling equipment.
Not included in the tour price:
Provisions, any national park fees, visitor's taxes, clearance fees, fuel, mooring fees, navigation fees (e.g., Corinth Canal), and other fees associated with the trip, such as mooring fees charged in some ports.
An on-board cash fund (APA = Advanced Provisioning Allowance) will be set up to cover these costs. Unless otherwise stated in the respective trip description, the APA is EUR 380 per person per week (children up to 6 years of age EUR 190 per week).
In order to provide you with a perfectly prepared, ready-to-sail vessel, we ask that you transfer the APA 2 weeks before the start of the trip. It is also possible to pay the APA in cash at check-in. Under certain circumstances, this may delay departure.
Unlike many other providers, our cabin cruises have a capped board cash fund – NO additional payments required. At the end of the trip, a detailed statement will be provided and any surplus funds will be refunded on a pro rata basis.
There is no minimum number of participants – your booked trip will take place!
The crew will be provided with meals as part of the regular meals on board. Shore leave and restaurant visits are not covered by the board cash fund — everyone pays for themselves here.
Arrival and departure, as well as accompanying activities during the trip, such as shore excursions, restaurant visits, rental cars, diving excursions, etc., are not part of our services. These must be booked and paid for independently by the participants.
If we assist in organizing shuttle services and activities outside of the travel services included as described above, this is a free service for our participants. We are not liable for the service providers.
For all cabin charter cruises: check-in from 05:00 pm, check-out by 09:00 am
Important note: Our on-board dog Sammy does not shed much and we have not noticed any allergic reactions from guests so far. Sammy is a “crew member” and moves freely on board, but does not have access to the guest cabins. If you suffer from a dog hair allergy, we unfortunately cannot guarantee that you will remain symptom-free and ask you to take appropriate precautions yourself. By accepting our booking confirmation, you expressly agree to this.
Bookings only become valid once the booking confirmation has been sent and the deposit specified therein has been received on time. Applicable discounts are automatically shown in the booking confirmation.
Terms of payment: Deposit 40% up to 1 week after receipt of the booking confirmation, final payment 60% up to 50 days before departure
Our travel, charter and sailing conditions apply in their current version.
You will first receive a booking confirmation. The travel contract only comes into effect once the deposit stated therein has been paid and you thereby declare your agreement with these conditions.
The travel price payments are secured by us in accordance with §651, BGB (German Civil Code). You will receive a travel price insurance certificate from the R+V insurance company with the booking confirmation.

Included in the charter price:
Yacht and crew exclusively for the charterer, route and ports according to individual wishes, accommodation on board for up to 8 people, bedding + towels, nautical tour guide and ship's command,
Service on board by skipper and hostess (cooking, provisions, etc.), daily cleaning of communal areas, deposit, final cleaning, introduction to navigation, ship management and participation in maneuvers and watches after instruction on request. Use of accessories such as fishing rod, kayak, dinghy (if necessary only with skipper), SUP, snorkeling equipment
Not included in the tour price:
With a private charter, the costs for fuel, mooring fees, provisions, drinks, etc. vary depending on the individual cruise orientation. The same applies to any national park fees, tourist taxes, clearance fees, etc. that may be incurred.
To cover these costs, the charterer also pays an APA (Advanced Provisioning Allowance). This APA amounts to between 15% and 25% of the charter price (after we have inquired about your expectations of the planned charter, the amount of the APA will be shown in the charter contract).
At the end of the charter, a voucher-based invoice will be issued and any overpayments will be refunded.
Should higher costs arise during the course of the charter, the charterer shall be liable to make additional payments on site. The skipper will inform the charterer of this in good time.
The APA is due by bank transfer two weeks before the start of the cruise.
This allows us to prepare perfectly for your expectations - provisions according to your preferences are on board, berths are reserved, if necessary, appropriate permits are obtained to call at special areas or anchorages - and your vacation can start right away.
Alternatively, the APA can also be paid in cash at check-in. However, this may delay the start of the trip by 24 hours and it may no longer be possible to reserve moorings or obtain special navigation permits.
