So schnell ist eine Woche rum! Nachdem wir noch einen schönen Tag in Vathi verbracht haben, sind wir weiter nach Agia Efimia auf Kefalonia gefahren. Jetzt natürlich nur unter Motor, da unser Segel uns verlassen hat. Leider haben wir trotz fast kompletter Windstille ein weiteres Opfer zu beklagen: unsere Drohne wollte sich partout nicht mehr einfangen lassen und hat somit ihre letzte Ruhestätte im Meer gefunden...
Trotzdem hatten wir eine tolle Zeit mit viel Sonne und wenig Welle.
In Agia Efimia angekommen, sind Rainer und unsere Eltern mit dem Taxi zur Grotte von Melissani gefahren, da man sich das nicht entgehen lassen sollte. Abends waren wir dann direkt gegenüber vom Boot essen und haben es uns einfach gut gehen lassen.
Am nächsten Morgen sind wir rechtzeitig losgefahren, da wir wussten, dass unser nächster Hafen wieder ziemlich klein sein wird. Außerdem verfolgt uns schon seit Vathi eine Flotille von ca. 15 Seglern, die anscheinend den gleichen Törnplan wie wir haben, daher wollten wir auf jeden Fall rechtzeitig in Poros sein. Und tatsächlich, keine Stunde nach unserer Ankunft trifft die Flotille langsam ein... Wir wurden dann ein wenig "zugeparkt", so dass wir am nächsten Morgen erst nach er Flotille raus konnten, was für uns aber kein Problem war.
Dieser letzte Abschnitt hat uns jetzt also nach Zante auf Zakynthos geführt. Wir waren gestern Abend dann nochmal alle zusammen essen. Und meine Mutter ist dann bereits heute Mittag zurück geflogen, da sie noch zu einem 80. Geburtstag eingeladen war.
Rainers Eltern fliegen erst am Sonntag Morgen, so dass wir noch zwei Tage hier verbringen können und uns auch mal die Burg ansehen werden.
So fast a week is over! After we spent another nice day in Vathi, we went on to Agia Efimia on Kefalonia. Now of course only under motor, because our sail left us. Unfortunately, despite almost complete calm, we have another victim to mourn: our drone would not let itself be captured and thus found its final resting place in the sea ...
Nevertheless, we had a great time with lots of sun and few waves.
Arrived in Agia Efimia, Rainer and our parents went by cab to the grotto of Melissani, because you should not miss it. In the evening we had dinner directly across from the boat and just enjoyed ourselves.
The next morning we left in time, because we knew that our next port will be quite small again. In addition, a flotilla of about 15 sailors has been following us since Vathi, who apparently have the same cruise plan as we do, so we wanted to be in Poros on time in any case. And indeed, not even an hour after our arrival the flotilla slowly arrives... We were then a little "parked up", so that we could get out the next morning only after the flotilla, but this was no problem for us.
This last section has now led us to Zante on Zakynthos. Yesterday evening we all had dinner together again. And my mother flew back already today at noon, because she was invited to an 80th birthday party.
Rainer's parents fly only on Sunday morning, so we can still spend two days here and will also look at the castle.
