Für Rainer ist es das erste Mal seit Mitte Februar, dass er keine Crew oder Gäste an Bord hat... Wir genießen die Ruhe und versuchen, ein paar dringende Dinge in die Wege zu leiten, wie z.B. einen Segelmacher zu organisieren. Da schon ein erster Blick in die Suchmaschine gezeigt hat, dass wir da nur in Lefkas oder Preveza fündig werden, haben wir uns schon mal langsam Richtung Norden bewegt und in der Bucht von Sami geankert.
Dort haben wir dann einen Segelmacher in Vasiliki, im Südwesten von Lefkas ausfindig gemacht, der auch tatsächlich Zeit hat, das Segel zu reparieren.
Jetzt liegen wir also im Hafen von Vasiliki. Der kleine Stadthafen ist ziemlich ausgelastet, wie es aussieht und auch das Ankerfeld ist gut besucht.
Direkt nebenan ist eine moderne Marina, die aber nicht in Betrieb ist. Wir werden mal sehen, was da los ist und warum....
Jetzt müssen wir erstmal das Segel abschlagen und zusammenlegen, damit der Segelmacher es Morgen mitnehmen kann.
For Rainer it is the first time since mid-February that he has no crew or guests on board.... We enjoy the peace and try to get some urgent things going, like organizing a sailmaker. Since already a first look in the search engine showed that we will find there only in Lefkas or Preveza, we have already moved slowly to the north and anchored in the bay of Sami.
There we found a sailmaker in Vasiliki, in the southwest of Lefkas, who actually has time to repair the sail.
So now we are in the harbor of Vasiliki. The small town harbor is quite busy, it looks like, and also the anchorage is well attended.
Right next door is a modern marina, but it is not in operation. We will see what is going on there and why....
Now we have to take down the sail and fold it, so that the sailmaker can take it away tomorrow.
