APA (Advance Provisioning Allowance)

APA with EASY CRUISING

Costs that are not included in the charter price, e.g. catering on board, mooring fees, fuel, possible national park fees, local taxes, visitor's tax, etc., will be paid from the ship's cash box (APA). Each participant has to pay the mentioned amount by bank transfer 2 weeks before the start of the charter. This gives us the possibility to provision in time, so that you will meet a perfectly prepared yacht, ready to sail.

The APA is capped at the appropriate amount, i.e. there are no additional payments.

At the end of the cruise you will receive a reciept-based statement and, if applicable, a pro-rata refund of the surplus.

If not stated otherwise in the booking form or in the cruise description, the APA is usualy 380,- EUR / person and week.

APA with PRIVATE CHARTER

Here, too, the above-mentioned costs are settled via the APA and this is to be paid 2 weeks before the start of the cruise. However, the amount is not capped, as higher costs may arise due to individual wishes of the charterer. The charterer is then liable for additional payment on site. The skipper will inform the charterer in good time.

Here, too, a reciept-based statement will be made and any surplus will be refunded.

The APA is 25% of the charter price.

APA with Long-Distance Cruises, Trans-Med, Trans-Ocean

The APA may not be applicable or may vary. Further information is provided accordingly in the booking form and in the cruise description.

At the end of the cruise, you will receive a receipt-based statement and, if applicable, a pro-rated refund of the excess.
